The problem
The business needed customers to understand the service, create an account, produce a letter, and manage a subscription without feeling as if they had moved between different products.

What I led
I built the public site and signed-in application together, including letter creation, document history, Stripe billing, account settings, support, and admin tools.

What changed
Customers can now move from the first visit to creating and managing letters inside one consistent product and return to their work whenever they need it.
